Ingredients
6 medium Tomatoes
1/2 cup Fresh basil
1 clove Fresh garlic
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
Preparation
Puree first six ingredients (through soy sauce) in a blender or food processor. Mix in chopped veggies. Chill. Top with fresh basil and serve cold. Eat. Love.
